Local (Stroud) Domestic Energy Assessments
We offer a comprehensive Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) service throughout Stroud and the surrounding areas. Our service is thorough and competitively priced, with domestic EPCs starting at £55+VAT. Feel free to call us for any inquiries or to schedule an appointment.
It is a legal requirement to have a valid EPC for your property if you are selling or renting out your property. Some government environmental improvement grants ask for one or you may have carried out extensive improvements to your home. Or just be curious how to make improvements to get ready for net zero. Here’s what to expect when you work with us:
- Speak to our qualified, insured and certified Domestic Energy Assessor who will agree a price and manage the whole process : [email protected]
- Arrange a mutually convenient date for the assessment visit
- Fill out our pre-assessment questionnaire – this really helps get the best out of your assessment
- Pay the invoice before the visit
- Attend/be present for the visit – this takes on average 1-2 hours but can take longer (depending on property size) and we need to access the whole property, heating systems, the loft (if possible) and all relevant documentation you may have (all in the pre-assessment questionnaire), this will be explained by our assessor
- Receive your fully audited and registered EPC – usually within 48 hours

Consulting service for portfolio owners
If you already have a fair amount of detail on your homes and you want to explore getting to net zero and/or EPC C for business planning then this service is for you. We can run a series of what-if scenarios on your properties and advise on optimum improvement strategies exploring different interventions and seeing what happens to the SAP rating, estimated running costs and the CO2 emissions.
